Great Writers on Travel

My all-time favorite travel quote happens to come from one of my favorite writers, the late great Kurt Vonnegut.

“Bizarre travel plans are dancing lessons from God.”

Jack Kerouac comes in a close second with this beautiful line from On The Road.

“Our battered suitcases were piled on the sidewalk again; we had longer ways to go. But no matter, the road is life.”
